Eligibility Criteria:

To be eligible for a refund or exchange, the product must meet the following conditions:

The product must be in the same condition as when it was received.
The original brand/manufacturer box or packaging must be included.
Refund and Exchange Process:

Each order is entitled to one Exchange process or one Refund process.
Return requests made after 14 days from the date of receiving the order are not eligible for a refund or exchange.
Exchanges are allowed if the request is submitted within 14 days of receiving the order. Item availability is not guaranteed, so please check if the desired size is currently in stock.
Exchanges are limited to a different size of the exact same design/color. The item must be returned with all tags attached, in the same condition as received.
Shipping Information:

Shipping fees are non-refundable.
If you request an exchange, you will be responsible for covering any additional shipping costs.
In the case of receiving a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we are pleased to offer a full cash-back or a free exchange according to your preference.
